The full privacy policy is being written and reviewed, and it is not published yet. The two sections below are not that policy: they are a plain description of how this website and the MageRide apps behave today, and they will still be true when the policy arrives.
What this website collects
Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no form on any page, and sends nothing you do here to anybody. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The server that hands you these pages keeps ordinary web-server records — the address requested, the time, and the internet address it was requested from — in the same way every web server does. Nothing beyond that is kept, and nothing here is joined to a MageRide account.
If you switch this site between light and dark, that choice is remembered by your own browser so the page does not flash the wrong way round next time. It never leaves your device.

The apps are a different matter
The passenger and driver apps do hold personal information — your phone number, your trips, and for drivers your licence and vehicle documents. They need it to work. What is held, for how long, and who can see it is what the policy above will set out, and your rights over it are on the data rights page.
