Billing — a monthly charge per private vehicle

Step 1

The dashboard shows two numbers you will look at often: your fleet wallet balance, and the next monthly invoice.

Step 2

Open Billing and wallet for the invoice itself. It is one invoice for the whole fleet with a line for each vehicle, so you pay once and can still see where the amount came from.

Step 3

Only Mode B vehicles appear as charges. Mode A vehicles — public buses — are free.

If half your fleet is buses, half your fleet costs nothing. The invoice will be shorter than the vehicle list, and that is correct.

Step 4

Top up the fleet wallet with a credit or debit card, with OnePay, or with LankaQR.

Step 5

There is no bank transfer. If that is what you were expecting, it is not an outage — the method was removed from the platform.

Step 6

Download the receipt for your own records.

Step 7

The money your Mode B subscribers pay you is a different flow entirely. It goes to the verified payout profile from chapter 2 — not to MageRide, and not against this invoice.
